Active Shooter Incidents at Large Venues and Events

Introduction

Active Shooter Incidents occurring at large venues or "open spaces" is one of the largest growing categories according to yearly statistics.  Whether the motive is personal, a mentally disturbed person or terrorist ideology, training provided to event staff can help early recognition of threats and mitigate consequences should an incident occur.
